I really liked this drill a lot until my cupboard installer convinced me to let him have it. Holes in concrete? No problem! I was able to drill a 3/4 inch hole in 4 inch solid concrete with no lock-up or binding. I got the Bosch tile chisel bit and was able to tear down bathroom tiles in about an hour (took several battery charges to do this). Battery life is reasonable, highly recommend the XC 4.0 however.I would buy again if there's one on sale.
