The ONLY issue I had was there were no instructions. I figured it out, but there's a lot of pieces that I'm not sure how to useWhen I first got it, it did not turn on. I contacted the seller through Amazon and they were very friendly and sent me a new one quickly that did work. I used the sand paper drill bit to thin out thick toe nails. Be careful not to let it slip and scrape your skin. To turn it on/off I had to plug it in/unplug it.The product had all the items stated. Came with different sizes and lengths to file nails. I was scared at first. After a few tries totally became a professional. It does become hot after a few seconds but that may be tied with my brittle nails.I like the drill. The problem is that I received the wrong color. I should have sent it back but I didn't want to wait for anotherone. When I pick out items, colors and style are something I'm picky about. The color wasn't important to the seller but it was to me. I wish I would have sent it back and had the right one sent to me. But like I said, it's not a bad little drill.Too dainty for men….Turns off after 10 mins and then turns back on an hour later. This is my 2nd replacement and now i'm stuck this one.Ok lemme tell ya! I just got my first poly gel kit, tried it out as a beginner. Lord have mercy I ended up with salad fingers. The hardened gel was so thick might as well call em celery bits. I tried and failed to fix it with a file, hell I think I killed it same day. Need to plan a funeral for it now ?.I needed emergency help, this had same day delivery! Got it the next day since I was up until damn 2am trying to salvage my catastrophic predicament. I might as well had cones for my nails I could pick up diddly squat! So I get home waiting patiently for my delivery man to arrive.Soon as I got it, whipped that bad boy out and the instructions/pamphlet made it make sense which ones to use for what (drill bits). I was not going to do them over again, so salvage what I got. Thank you drill! I got nails again, pretty ones that get compliments.Most important, I can pick up things again! And I made them look good enough for people to ask where you get your nails did girl. Shiiiit, I did em myself! ? thank you drill! No more salad fingers!!!I get my nails done quite often, i wanted to bring my two teenage girls in with me but that gets pricey real quick. I decided to try doing their nails on my own so i bought one of those nail drills from family dollar but that didn't hold up, it took forever to get the nail leveled and sanded, it just wasn't powerful enough to get the job done so i bought one of these nail drills. I love the color, the drill itself, it came with so many nail bits, a brush like the professionals use, it's easy to use. the only dislike that i have about the drill is that the power button is on the cord and not on the drill, other than that i really am liking this drill. it's a win for me because i get to bond with my girls while learning how to do nails. I recommend this tool to all beginners.. EnjoyI am very disappointed about this product.Runs on an USB outlet. Very limited power and small motor. As an Engineer this should have been already a warning sign.My wife used it just one week. Failed completely. Diagnosis: No issue with cable, connectors, drive system other than motor.Motor overloaded and damaged.
