This is NOT a top-down bottom-up shade, the upper pleated sheer does NOT lower from the top rail! They have no lift cords and are easy to raise and lower with a light touch. They have a contemporary style with a satin smooth headrail and bottom rail.

| HOW TO ORDER | Measure the width and height in three places. Round down to the nearest half inch available. To ensure mobility within the window frame and space for the mounting brackets, our team will deduct 1/4 of an inch from the width ordered. (For example, if you order 34 inches, your blinds will arrive exactly 33 3/4 inches wide).

I love our shades so much. The sheer is good in letting the right amount of light in and the blackout part blocks the light so well. We ordered these for every window in our house. As good as these shades are, the service is better. Every window is a different size and the sellers double checked to make sure we measured correctly to ensure everything fits. The shades came quick and install was a breeze. Almost 2 years later my son breaks a part and the sellers were so quick to help us get a new replacement part. Wonderful experience I can't recommend enough.
